Refund policy
On Candles: I do not accept returns or issue refunds for any candles. While I always make sure to pack orders very carefully, sometimes the delivery process is still chaotic and harsh on the parcel. If you selected ‘Priority Mail’ as your shipment option, your package has insurance of up to $100. It is up to you to file a claim with your local post office for reimbursement.
I do not send replacements for damaged candles. They should still burn fine even with the damage.
For all Other Goods: Priority mail has insurance for up to $100. If your package is within that amount, it is up to *you* to file a claim with your postal service for full reimbursement. If it is over $100, please send me a photo of the damaged item in the package it was sent in within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will refund you on the goods only if you complete the above in 24 hours. If it is not within that timeframe, you will not be refunded.
