Lilith

Offering Candles to Lilith: Mesopotamian Goddess of sexual liberation and queen of Hell. She has  more than one supposed origin, but the most well known origin is that she was the first wife of Adam, created by God as twins joined in Eden. Lilith had demanded equality with Adam. When she was denied, she fled the garden of Eden to gain her independence.

ɪᴛᴇᴍ ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴ: Two 6 inch taper candles rolled in locally sourced herbs. These taper candles have been ritually rolled in herbs associated with Lilith such as damiana, roses, wormwood, yarrow, and apple. 



𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓:  These candles melt beautifully and are safe to burn indoors, however, PLEASE be wary of the flame. The more herbs, the bigger and taller the flame will be. Always supervise your candles while burning. These candles have very burnable botanicals. Some herbs may crackle when caught on fire, such as cedar and juniper.

Always burn in a reliable candle holder or in a fireproof dish.
