Refund policy

On Candles: I do not accept returns or issue refunds for any candles. While I always make sure to pack orders very carefully, sometimes the delivery process is still chaotic and harsh on the parcel. If you selected ā€˜Priority Mail’ as your shipment option, your package has insurance of up to $100. It is up to you to file a claim with your local post office for reimbursement.
I do not send replacements for damaged candles. They should still burn fine even with the damage.

For all Other Goods: Priority mail has insurance for up to $100. If your package is within that amount, it is up to *you*Ā to file a claim with your postal service for full reimbursement. If it is over $100, please send me a photo of the damaged item in the package it was sent in withinĀ 24 hoursĀ of receiving your order. I will refund you on the goods only if you complete the above in 24 hours. If it is not within that timeframe,Ā you will not be refunded.
