Custom Candle Order Form

For those who seek something truly personal, I am now offering custom-made candles crafted with intention and care. Each set is hand-poured and adorned with your choice of colors, herbal blends, and finishing touches to align with your practice. Use your candles for specific spells or as offerings to deities, ancestors and spirit guides :)

PLEASE NOTE: Limited spots are available for custom orders each month. Submissions are randomly selected, and not all requests can be fulfilled. If not selected, you may reapply next month.

Please read the following information carefully before filling out a form:

Pricing 

Spell Candles (Quantity: 4 tapers, height: 6"): $55 

 Deity Candles (Quantity: 2 pillars, height: 8"): $65

Shipping:

• U.S. shipping is included in the price.

• For Canadian and international orders, shipping is calculated separately based on your location.
  Once you place your request, I’ll follow up with a shipping estimate before confirming your order.

 

Customization Options Include:

Wax Colors: Choose from earthy neutrals, vibrant brights, soft pastels, or let me intuit something based on your intention.

Herbs:  List up to 3 herbs; most are locally sourced and hand-selected.

Add-ons: Optional elements like wax charms, crystal chips, mica powder, and a personalized kraft label can be added for an additional fee. 

Important Restrictions:

All candles in your order will have the same design. Individual candles cannot be customized separately.

At this time, fragrances are not an option. 

How it Works:

1. Choose Your Candle Type

Please determine if you are purchasing spell candles or deity candles. You may only pick one candle type to help me manage requests. 

2. Submit Your Customization Details

In the form, please describe your candles intention and design preferences.

***Note on Colors: I will do my best to match your requested colors and herbs, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, if you would like to give me creative freedom, I will craft your candles intuitively using my expertise based on your intention—please let me know in the submission form.

3. Secure Your Order

Contact Information: PLEASE ensure your email and mailing address (U.S. or international) are correct and up to date.

Pay the Invoice: If your order is selected, you will receive an invoice for payment (sent via my Shopify website). Because each custom order is highly personalized and time-intensive, full payment is required to reserve your spot.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your spot will be released and offered to someone else.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll work together to finalize all the details of your custom candles.

Production & Delivery

Because of the development and ritual process involved in making your candles, custom order shipments vary, but I aim to get them shipped within 3-5 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the creative process.
